Marshmallow Shooter
Face-tracking Marshmallow Launcher
Marshmallow Shooter is a playful human-machine interaction experiment that combines real-time facial tracking with a two-axis robotic launcher. The system follows the user’s head, recognises an open mouth and automatically aims and launches a marshmallow towards it.
Machine learning, computer vision and mechanical control come together in a deliberately simple interaction, turning the act of catching food into a game between human and machine.
